Betty Moon Soars With New Single “Parachute”

(LOS ANGELES, CA) - Southern California based singer-songwriter and producer Betty Moon has released her infectious and inspiring new single “Parachute” via Spotify and Apple Music. “Parachute” is the 4th single from Chrome, her latest album which has been praised by influencers such as Huffington Post and Blog Critics. Moon is famously known for her trademark smooth, sultry and powerful voice creatively blends together musical influences of funk, rock, electronic and pop. Betty Moon is also on the books to shoot a music video for the single in early April and the “Parachute” single premiered last week via Ghettoblaster.

“Parachute” is Moon’s anthem of self-empowerment where listeners can harness her inspirational lyrics as a catalyst to rise above and take on the day with the utmost confidence and verve. With March being Women’s History Month, Moon felt inspired to release the single as a way to pay homage to the “badass Women of rock n’ roll” throughout history and also focus on all Women who are up next to take over, inspire and create change.

‘Chrome’ was released in late 2017 to mass media coverage and the album has produced other notable singles including “Sound”, “Life Is But A Dream” and “Natural Disaster”. ‘Chrome’ is Moon’s 8th album, and has defied industry trends with this latest effort being her most successful to date, earning worldwide retail airplay, college radio rotation and record numbers via Spotify, 1M+ Facebook and Instagram followers. “Parachute” is available today and the music video will be released in early April.
