Silva's Fresh Eatery + Churrascaria Joins OC Restaurant Week


Located in South Coast Metro, the Brazilian favorite announces their OC Restaurant Week menu and will be serving up their international fare at the March 2nd official launch party.

(SANTA ANA, CA) January 30, 2018 - North Orange County based Brazilian and international concept Silva’s Fresh Eatery + Churrascaria has announced they will be joining OC Restaurant Week (OCRW) coming up March 4th through the 9th. The Brazilian fast casual restaurant will be serving up a very special lunch and dinner menu and is now available online to preview.

Since opening in January 2018, Silva’s Fresh Eatery + Churrascaria has quickly become a local destination, and to celebrate are giving foodies the chance to indulge during OCRW with a $15 lunch and $30 dinner menu. Both lunch and dinner guests will experience their highly praised chef’s table, which has a diverse selection of salads, veggies, whole grains, quality meats and desserts. Limited OCRW offerings at the chef’s table will also include ceviche, brussels sprouts, filet mignon and a uniquely Brazilian Ketel One Caipiroska will be available at the bar. The Chef’s Table includes a wide selection of specialty and seasonal items including organic salads, farm fresh veggies, whole grains and protein selections. All Beef at Silva's is prepared “The Gaucho Way” (slow cooked in our churrascaria). An example of our sides include roasted black bean & corn succotash, tabbouleh, ratatouille, Brazilian fried rice, feijoada, truffle mac & cheese, garlic mashed potatoes and so much more.

Beef selections include Picanha, Garlic Picanha, Tri-Tip and Skirt Steak. Other protein options include oven roasted salmon, gaucho style sausage and Mary's free-range leg of chicken. Kids menu options include mac and cheese, chicken fingers and may other selections at our Chef's Table. Silva's is known for using the best organic, locally grown vegetables and highest quality proteins available.
