Enjoy 11 new drink offerings for Cinco De Mayo; Mothers can enjoy bottomless “Momosas” all weekend for Dia de las Madres and Mother's Day.


APRIL 25, 2024 - (SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA) - Rodrigo's Mexican Grill, a Southern California favorite for Mexican Cuisine, has just unveiled an exciting new menu featuring 11 new drinks that are sure to delight new and loyal patrons alike. The new menu includes a range of cocktails, margaritas, and other Southern-inspired beverages that are perfect for any occasion. Rodrigo's bar team has passionately crafted the drinks, using only the finest ingredients to ensure customers get the best possible experience. The drink menu is available now at all Rodrigo’s locations throughout the Spring and Summer of 2024.


Rodrigo's Mexican Grill is also celebrating two exciting holidays in May. Guests who visit on Cinco De Mayo can experience authentic Mexican cuisine while enjoying a range of mouth-watering appetizers, main dishes, and drinks, including margaritas, tequila shots, and more. Meanwhile, for Dia de las Madres (May 10th) and Mother's Day (May 12th), the restaurant is offering Bottomless "Momosas" all weekend to mothers who purchase any entree. Treat our favorite Madre to an unforgettable meal that includes a range of delicious dishes with Mimosas that are the talk of the town. 


For this Mother’s Day celebration, Rodrigo's is hosting a special giveaway where participants have the chance to win a $50 gift card by posting about their Mother’s Day experience on Instagram. To qualify, individuals must tag Rodrigo's in their Mother's Day photos on Instagram and use the hashtag #RodrigosMamas. These photos must be taken during brunch at Rodrigo's, featuring the participant with their mom at the restaurant. 


Lastly, by popular demand, Rodrigo’s are keeping their wildly popular Baja Fish Tacos and Mexican Caesar Salad on the menu through Summer. These limited-time offerings pair perfectly with any holiday meal and drink.

Mariachi Margarita - A festive fusion. Cuervo Tradicional Plata and Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, with a citrus burst of lime and orange juice, sweetened with simple syrup and adorned with a pineapple triangle (14.00)


Cristalino Pepino - A refreshing blend - Maestro Dobel Diamante and fresh cucumber juice, sweetened with agave syrup, a splash of lime, garnished with cucumber and a jalapeño spear (14.50)


Peach Me - A flirtatious mix - 1800 Tequila Blanco and Giffard Peach Liqueur, balanced with simple syrup and lemon juice, garnished with an orange wheel (14.00)


Regalo De Dios - A divine gift - 1800 Tequila Blanco, Cointreau, and Giffard Mango Syrup, brightened with lime juice and crowned with a lime wedge (14.50)


Mezcal A La Antigua - A smoky twist on the classic Old Fashioned - 400 Conejos Espadín, sweetened with agave nectar, spiced with angostura bitters, and garnished with an orange peel (14.50)


Jala Berry - A dance of flavors - Cazadores Blanco, lime, Strawberry Re’al Puree, Cucumber Monin, and bitters, served with a tajin rim and garnished with strawberry and jalapeño (14.50)


Paloma - A sublime Sip - Patron Silver, grapefruit, and lime, sweetened with agave and Pamplemousse, garnished with a lime wheel (14.50)


Hibiscus Diablo - A devilishly delightful mix - Cazadores Blanco, lime, and

ginger, topped with Hibiscus Ginger Beer and garnished with blackberries (13.50)


Espresso Martini - A caffeinated kick - Absolut Vanilia Vodka and fresh

espresso, sweetened with agave and Cazadores Coffee Liqueur, garnished with coffee beans (14.50)


Spicy Piña - A tropical tempest - Cazadores Blanco and Pineapple Re’al Puree, spiced with bitters and a tajin rim, garnished with pineapple (14.00)


Rodrigo’s Ranch Water - A thirst-quenching blend - Patron Silver and St. Germain, brightened with lime, served over ice, topped with soda water, and garnished with a lime wedge and a dehydrated orange wheel (12.50)
