The Fajita meal for two includes the option of chicken, beef, and shrimp, and all Fajita plates include sautéed bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo, refried beans, and tortillas. Guests can even request a combo of chicken or beef or choose their Ultimate Fajitas, a trio of Shrimp, Chicken, and Steak. Enjoy their wildly popular Churro plate, made fresh and tossed in cinnamon sugar, served with Abuelita spiced chocolate sauce for dessert. Rodrigo’s will also provide the cheers for the special evening as guests delight with a glass of carefully selected Champagne.
